In this section I’ll put recipes that are for vegetables. When I was a very young girl, I only ate green beans and potatoes and corn. When I got older and started working, we would have shared meals (called spreads) and I learned to appreciate many more vegetables. There are some that I don’t like even now but I am still trying new recipes.
I’ve learned that our tastes change as we age and I want to allow myself the blessing of trying out different foods. I hope you do too.
