I thought I’d share some random stuff with you. Some are from blogs that I follow.
Easter is coming soon and this is a pretty Easter basket you might want to make so I thought I’d share it with you now.
Since the economy is hitting a lot of people a little hard, I wanted to share a couple of sites that have different ways to earn some extra money here and here.
Since gardening will be here soon I found this great site to start preparing your garden space. It’s all about the covering, according to Paul Gautschi at Back to Eden.
How to season a stainless steel pan. I knew about the need to season a cast iron skillet but didn’t know about doing this to stainless steel cookware.
Rose petals help relieve headaches, insomnia and nervous tension. Lavender flowers are good for relaxation. Lavender essential oil can be used on brown recluse spider bites. You’ll find organic at the Bulk Herb Store.
I’m reading a book that seems to have been written just for me. It speaks volumes to my heart. It’s REAL, y’all, as REAL as you can get. It’s been out for awhile but I highly recommend it. It’s “Radical” by David Platt. He has a new book out that I will definitely purchase as soon as I finish reading “Radical”.
This last bit of info has no link for you to click on. I just thought I’d mention this to you. I’m sure you’ve already heard this before but sometimes we all need a reminder to do an update on things and maybe this will be a help to you.
What do you have in your wallet? Vital important cards, credit cards, insurance cards, gift cards, etc. If your wallet were lost or stolen, you would need to immediately contact those companies to notify them to have new cards issued. It’s a good idea to take everything out of your wallet and copy them, front and back, and keep that copy in your safe or lock box at home or your bank safe deposit box.
If you don’t want to print it out, you might copy it to a flash drive and leave that in your safe place. Then you could pop it into your PC and start making phone calls when you get home, if your wallet were lost or stolen. This could be a real time saver and relieve much frustration for you. If this happens to you, you will already have enough stress over someone else possibly having access to your funds, so you can save yourself a little bit of stress by having this information ready to access quickly. You’ll also be able to provide the police the information they will require of you.
I hope you all are having a wonderful week. I am so enjoying this cooler weather. It still doesn’t feel like winter here yet. It was up to 70° today and will be down to about 37° tonight. That’s our crazy weather here in Texas.
Happy Valentine’s Day y’all!
Karen

Thanks so much for sharing my post – And I’m so glad to hear that it was helpful!
Thank you Meagan. You have some very good tips and I’m planning to use some of them myself. I’d like to have enough income to work from home full time some day.
I love this idea for wallets!!! ❤
Thanks for reading Anna.
